Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development has achieved over 40% Qatarisation, revealed Ghanem al-Naemi, Director of Talent Resources and Development at the Human Resources Directorate, Qatar Foundation. He said 951 of the Qatar Foundation employees were Qataris.
Speaking to Gulf Times, al-Naemi said that the Qatari employees in Qatar Foundation were working in 63 different departments of the organisation and its various centres.
He explained: “Most of the Qatari employees are working in all the departments and at all levels.” He said that Qatar Foundation was always on the alert to recruit high-calibre nationals.
