Qatar’s SAK Holding Group is set to implement a state-of-the-art “Valley City” project in the country, which will comprise a resort and a hotel and thousands of residential units among other facilities.
Valley City will occupy about 3mn sq m and located near one of the stadiums for the FIFA World Cup 2022.
According to SAK Holding Group, the residential units will comprise both villas and apartments. The resort and a four star hotel will be built over an area of 12,000sq m. The other facilities include 250,000sq m central park, a 40,000sq m mall, a 20,000sq m cultural village and markets spread over an area of 20,000sq m.
Provisions for business and commercial offices, green zone and recreation facilities will also be provided, the company said yesterday.
