Doha: Qtel is set to increase the range of service options for customers in 2013, a press release said yesterday.
In its current setup, customers have access to Qtel’s products and services at more than 4,000 authorised dealers, 20 retail shops, and 200 Self-Service Machines (SSM) in convenient locations around the clock.
This year, Qtel will continue to enhance its physical presence through its nationwide network of shops and SSM, in order to reach more customers. Qtel is also enhancing the training and support programme for its dealer network.
The nationwide SSM network was enhanced in 2012 by the addition of vouchers for a wide range of hotels, retail options, entertainment experiences and dining options. Qtel plans to continue to add new partners to this network in 2013, the release added.
