Kuwait and the UAE rank third and fifth with the average cost of a gallon of petrol priced at US$0.81 and $1.77, respectively.

The Bloomberg Gas Price Ranking sorts 60 countries by average retail price and by "pain at the pump", which measures the percentage of average daily income needed to buy a gallon of fuel.
