The largest hotel suite in the UAE capital, and certainly one of the largest in the world is now available for a mere $15,000 a night at the Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa.

When ArabianMoney checked out the new suite we waited for a guest to leave who was so important we dare not name him here. Suffice to say this is also suitable accommodation for the most senior government figures.

But this presidential suite is not dripping in gold leaf. It’s in the same minimalist style favored in the rest of this beautiful hotel overlooking the mangroves and back to the skyline of New Abu Dhabi. Indeed, not being within sight of any other building must be a security plus..
The suite is not as big as it sounds at 2,455 square metres as that includes the 10 adjacent double bedrooms for staff, security or other family members. It’s certainly spacious and gracious, and of course there is the big tub with a view pictured above.

However, this is a duplex with a private rooftop garden and its own infinity swimming pool. Guests can entertain or relax in this little world of their own, removed from public view.
