The Council of Ministers yesterday endorsed the new GCC anti-dumping law, which was ratified by the GCC Supreme Council in its 31st session held in Abu Dhabi on Dec. 7, 2010.
"The summit resolutions will strengthen Arab joint action and contribute to Arab economic integration, boosting the welfare and prosperity of the Arab people," the Cabinet said.
Crown Prince Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, chaired the Cabinet meeting at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh.
At the outset, the crown prince, on behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Arab leaders for making the Riyadh summit a success.
Prince Salman underscored King Abdullah's initiative to increase the capital of Arab financial institutions and joint companies by not less than 50 percent with the Kingdom's commitment to pay its share of the increase.
