Ajman will build an international airport in the Al Manama area of the emirate, with the blueprint being finalised next week, a senior government official has confirmed to Emirates 24|7.
A high-level meeting will be held next week where top officials are expected to finalise the blueprint, the official said on condition of anonymity.
The airport is expected to be built at the cost of Dh1.3 billion by a consortium of Spanish companies.
